El Paso IBC Service provides IBC tanks, related products, and services including but not limited to:

• Sale of new and used IBC containers
• IBC repair and reconditioning services
• Cleaning and sanitization services
• Recycling services
• Transportation and delivery

Product Condition

Used IBCs are sold in their described condition (Grade A, B, or C). While we inspect all products, used containers may show wear consistent with their grade. Customers should verify suitability for their intended application.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be established at the time of order. Delivery charges may apply based on location and quantity.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a product that does not match its described condition, contact us within 7 days. We will work to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

El Paso IBC Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Customers are responsible for:

• Verifying IBC suitability for their intended use
• Proper handling and storage of IBCs
• Compliance with applicable regulations
• Safe use of products

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
